The International School of Trinidad and Tobago is a cosmopolitan school comprised of many races which constitute the ethos of the school and thus they decided to explore this in their yearbook by using local spices as a palette for this culinary design. The earthen-tones were used throughout the book as a metaphor for the down-to-earth spirit the students share at ISPS.
