The word 'Callaloo' is not only known in Trinidad as a local dish, but as an intimate description of the people and their culture.
Many diverse foods, languages and cultures were brought here hundreds of years ago. We see it again today at ISPS where every nationality and custom has a place and a positive influence in our community.
This yearbook...is a callaloo in itself...it combines all of the year's experiences into one 'pot' of pictures, paragraphs and memories. Finally, the callaloo is ready!
